Absolutely! However, starting one fury unit on the board is great for getting the backfield/midfield scrambler point. And being restricted to deepstriking only on the board edge, and not inside your opponents deployment zone until turn 3 is really tough for getting scramblers
With strategic reserves aren't you allowed to put both furie units in reserve because the combined pl is less than 9?
